This is at least pretending to be real. An African foreign minister has offered 40 goats and 20 cows to Bill Clinton for his daughter Chelsea's hand in marriage.

Sounds like a great deal! Think about how much money the Secret Service would save in landscaping cost alone with the goats "mowing" the grass at the Clinton's Chappaqua home. Don't even get me started on the cow's!
