we are all exhibitionists now
Is it wrong to want to date guys who blog about their inner monologues in a way that involves thinly-veiled references to me? I have not yet met such a guy, but I feel like I would find the situation gratifying. Oh look, he thought about me at 3:22pm! And three people commented!"

The "thinly-veiled" part is most important. If a guy is blogging about his inner monologue to the world and attaching your name directly to it, then that's a bit problematic. After all, every future employer and boyfriend will get wind of it somehow, which might require you to awkwardly explain why some guy felt the need to pour his heart out about you on his laptop while sitting half-naked in his bedroom. And that's just the beginning of the problems.
In the end, as long as the guy is embarrassing himself to the world for you, but not actually including your name, then you can soak in the glorious warmth of his attention and revel in the well-wishing of anonymous commenters who love you without possibly being able to find you, ever. It's all about self-gratification with thick barriers.
Note: you may need to spend less time on the Internet. :-P
