It's hard to say what stands out most about this photo. First off, the larger-and-curvier Britney is quite well-presented here. She's been looking bloated and ill-kempt lately. This dress and pose work brilliantly for her.
That being said: dwarves.
Not friends who happen to be dwarves. Hired dwarves.

Is it just me, or does that statue of her that elicited all the controversy recently recall MAKING A BABY more than giving birth to one?

What I love best is that the woman in the green shirt is just perfectly mirroring Britney's pose.
The dwarf woman in green looks like a tiny Ayn Rand.
Perhaps she can will herself to normal size.
Hahahaha! Brevity is the soul of wit, and "will herself to normal size" may be the best comment ever on this blog.
