I have spoken before about my passion and talent for exterminating (yes, I mean seeking out and killing bugs).
However, of all the places I might suspect that 100 or so cockroaches would be using as their home base, "inside a box of powdered laundry detergent" was not one of them.
Now that's fucking resilient. Can they eat that stuff?

You know what they say about cockroaches and Cher--in the event of a nuclear war they'll be the only things left standing!
they can live at least one week on the microscopic skin flakes that we naturally shed...
I once stepped on a cockroach until I heard it's bones crack. When I took my foot away, it was fine. Not a scratch. You gotta wonder why there isn't a "cockroachman" super hero. James Gandolfini could play in the live action role.
I think it was a cunning cockcroach plan to get into your undies... the dirty buggers!!!
