Ever notice how New York diners are the only places you can even get cottage cheese in a restaurant? And they really overdo it -- the entire "diet menu" consists of stuff with cottage cheese on it, including hamburgers.
My qualm before the storm is not only with the ubiquity of the cottage cheese at diners, but also with the genuine lack of portion control exercised by the kitchen staff responsible for serving these (allegedly) dietetic lunches. If you wouldn't mind, I'd like to see the actual cottage from which you're getting all this cheese, fellas. Apparently, it's the size of an airplane hangar. Who lives in this cottage, anyway--the giant who's been terrorizing the village?
